Order Processing All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship across Canada via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited and express options may be available at checkout.
USA Shipping We ship to all US states via tracked international courier. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days. Please note that US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed upon entry into the United States. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contactsamaheritage@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
