All sales at Sama Heritage are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactsamaheritage@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Order Accuracy Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been confirmed.
